As this project is open-source, you are welcome to help out and fix an errors you find. There is a lot of work to be done, and you can help get tasks done. The Google Document for the Approved Mapbook & Guidebook isn't complete, it needs your help.

Yes, there is a profile for the Trans Canada Bike Route Network. As well as a Club, which has lots of segments uploaded and shared to it, although it's a bit dated, it's best to see the Google Map and KMZ file for the most current network.
